Six Pack Abs Comes From Building Muscle And Losing Fat

For all you men out there if you seriously want six pack abs then you are going to have to start off by having serious will power as well as patience and dedication and yes you are going to have to work hard at it.

Once you have made your decision and you are all psyched up and ready you can either sign up with a body building studio or you can get a personal trainer in or if you are running on a tight budget then you can do it yourself in the comfort of your own home.

Should you choose to build your six pack abs at home the very first thing you need to do is set aside some space so that you will be able to exercise comfortably. Then you need to look at your diet and make sure you are eating a fully balanced nutritional diet and also make sure that you are eating foods packed with all the essential vitamins and minerals. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day which will also help to flush the excess fat out of your system.

Some of the exercises you will be doing are crunches and for this exercise you need to lay down on a hard surface then cross your arms over your chest and bend your knees up and hold them there till the count of five then release. There are also feet lifts that develop six pack abs and again you need to lay flat on a hard surface and remember to breathe while doing your exercise. Now gently life both feet off the ground and hold them there to the count of five and release again. You can also alternate each leg and then lift both feet up at the same time again. Another exercise if leg lifts and keep laying flat putting your hands down your side and then lift your legs straight up without bending them at all and hold for a count of five and lower them again.

You can also lay flat on your back on a hard surface and cross your arm over your chest and sit up. This is not an easy one but practice makes perfect and if you want those six pack abs then you have just got to persevere. Lie flat on the floor again and place your hands flat on the ground next to you and bring your knees up and at the same time meet your knees half way with your head it is almost like being in a half ball position.

The most effective way of doing these exercises is to watch them being done on video or have a personal trainer which will ensure that you don’t become bored or despondent and you achieve what you set out to do. Do not lose sight of achieving your six pack abs. If you stay focused you will see results within two weeks and it will have been worth the pain and strain.
